Background
Like many large companies with their own fleet of vehicles, Sanofi, an international pharmaceutical company, was faced with the problem of organizing parking payments. This is usually solved by filling in expense reports or compensating drivers for paying parking fees. However, these processes take a lot of time and often lead to parking fines.
Sanofi needed a system that would automate the procedure for paying parking fees and generating reports, while taking into account the company’s special requirements for processing its employees’ personal data.

System Functionality
Remotely manages fleet resources via a user account and mobile application: creates and edits lists of drivers and cars, tracks beginning and end of parking sessions, sets limits on car payments, etc.
Parking sessions are paid for from a single corporate account with the provision of documentation.
Provides the ability to track and pay fines and access information on violations that includes photo reports.
Monitors and pays for travel on Moscow’s Central Ring Road and other toll roads.
Generates detailed reports on fleet expenses.
Results
ISS.Digital provided the company with a ready-made solution for automating car payments and managing its fleet’s business processes – our Parkomatika service. This made it possible for the company to reduce the number of parking fines it incurred, while making parking payment and reporting processes less labor-intensive for Sanofi’s fleet managers and accountants. We also developed custom employee authorization systems and an individual report format in accordance with the company’s business processes.
