Like many large companies with their own fleet of vehicles, Sanofi, an international pharmaceutical company, was faced with the problem of organizing parking payments. This is usually solved by filling in expense reports or compensating drivers for paying parking fees. However, these processes take a lot of time and often lead to parking fines.
Sanofi needed a system that would automate the procedure for paying parking fees and generating reports, while taking into account the company’s special requirements for processing its employees’ personal data.

This made it possible for the company to reduce the number of parking fines it incurred, while making parking payment and reporting processes less labor-intensive for Sanofi’s fleet managers and accountants. We also developed custom employee authorization systems and an individual report format in accordance with the company’s business processes.
