Today, we take it for granted that we can contact an organization or complain about low-quality goods directly on a website or via email. But 10 years ago, everything was different. It was then, in 2012, that we created the first project in Russia that allowed people to solve their problems online – ‘Angry Citizen’. Since then, we have accumulated unique expertise in building feedback systems of any scale and functionality. We create them both for businesses with large dealer networks and government agencies serving citizens throughout Russia.
